




Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing and verifying equipment and cargo, monitoring operations, releasing trips, and managing documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Equipment and Cargo Preparation and Verification Check the status of trackers and organize packages. Assemble and load Last Mile and VDC baits. Identify baits to be retrieved by VDCs and Last Mile. Perform redelivery checklist. Verify equipment and bait inventory. Collect returned trackers and verify their status. 2\. Operation Monitoring and Control Monitor baits in operation and follow up on the return of loaded trackers. Check the functionality of all P.A. equipment, including verification of any shortages. Ensure system functionality and verify with the monitoring operator whether the vehicle signal is correctly mirrored to Multisat and updated in Apisullog. Alert drivers to recharge baits. 3\. Trip Release Procedures Verify that all GR procedures have been completed before authorizing loading, such as: Identification and execution of required checks. Driver and vehicle lookup in Multicadastro and Apisullog 2\.0\. Completion of vehicle tests. Authorize trip only after confirmation that SMP status is “In Transit”; if status does not change within 10 minutes, contact the Monitoring Center. 4\. Documentation and Reporting Complete the back side of the internal circuit checklist, sign, and stamp. Properly document procedures and ensure all fields are accurately completed. Immediately report any identified issues for appropriate maintenance before performing mirroring. 5\. Additional Procedures and Communication For loads released by Management, send e-mail to all involved parties according to specified rules. Reinforce all GR rules that drivers must comply with during transit.
