Job Description: **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and tracking ongoing trips; * Direct customer service (phone, e\-mail, system, and WhatsApp); * Recording and handling incidents related to deliveries and pickups; * Requesting payments for extra operational costs (e.g., additional per diems, accommodations, etc.); * Initiating and tracking reimbursement and compensation requests; * Supporting commercial and operational departments with up-to-date trip information; * Entering and updating data in systems and spreadsheets; * Liaising with drivers, contractors, and customers to align on incidents. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college enrollment in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in customer service or logistics; * Knowledge of transportation routines and logistics operations; * Proficiency with tools such as Excel and management systems (e.g., Rodopar); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Dynamic, analytical profile with a focus on problem-solving.
