Process Analyst

Job Summary: Analyst responsible for mapping, analyzing, and redesigning operational and strategic processes to optimize workflows, identify improvements, and support continuous improvement and digital transformation projects. Development and maintenance of process documentation **Main Responsibilities:** * Map, analyze, and redesign the company's operational and strategic processes to optimize workflow and information flow; * Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs; * Develop and maintain process documentation (flowcharts, procedures, work instructions, manuals); * Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects; * Interface with internal departments to gather requirements and validate changes; * Develop and manage project schedules and documents. * Prepare PowerPoint presentations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Process Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in process analysis and improvement, preferably in service-oriented companies; * Knowledge of modeling tools (e.g., Visio and Bizagi) and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM; * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Project); * Experience with process digitization and implementation of technological solutions; * Strong communication skills, systemic vision, and analytical mindset; * Experience in condominium management companies or related sectors (facilities, property management, customer service, real estate) is considered a plus. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday \- Business Hours **Location**: Icaraí \- Niterói **Benefits**: Transportation Allowance (VT) or Fuel Voucher, Meal Allowance (VR) or Food Voucher (VA) of R$25.00/day, Dental and Health Insurance, Birthday Day Off, and SESC Membership.
