Input and tabulation in training spreadsheets to ensure information completeness at month-end. Extraction, analysis, and submission of reports from teaching and competency-based evaluation management tools for internal programs and goals. Sending training invitations and notifications, ensuring employees complete trainings within their validity period. Enabling access and enrolling employees in e-learning training courses on the platform. Initiating purchase requisitions, which will be reviewed and validated by management prior to final approval. Providing in-person and telephone support to internal and external customers, responding to their requests and inquiries to facilitate smooth processes and operations.
