Strategic HR activities **Responsibilities:** Handle Training and Development workload; conduct periodic visits to branches; Promote and screen resumes; invite candidates to participate in the company's selection process using appropriate techniques such as interviews and tests; Onboard new employees; Conduct exit interviews; Perform administrative tasks within the HR department. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology; Proven experience as an HR Analyst in supermarkets or retail companies.
