**Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro, RJ (Iguá Rio de Janeiro S.A).
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Update, organize, and manage information in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and reliability.
* Open, track, and close service requests in internal systems, ensuring proper workflow and adherence to established deadlines.
* Administer Infraction Notices, including tracking, deadline monitoring, coordination with relevant departments, and supporting payment processing.
* Manage and monitor public tenders, tracking deadlines, entering information into systems, and supporting technical departments in meeting requirements.
* Enter and update internal controls, ensuring accurate recording of requests, payments, and services rendered.
* Process, verify, and request payment of DARMs (Municipal Revenue Collection Documents), ensuring compliance with legal deadlines and internal procedures.
* Provide administrative support to technical departments, assisting with document organization, information management, and handling requests essential to process execution.
* Initiate Purchase Requisitions (RC) for measurement purposes, tracking approval workflows and supporting the process to completion.
* Support document organization, physical and digital archiving, ensuring easy access to information when needed.
* Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, internal policies, and licensing-related procedures.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Completed High School education;
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite;
* Experience performing administrative routines.
**Desirable Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Technical education in construction, environmental fields, administration, or related areas;
* Experience using SEI (Electronic Information System), Municipal Government Systems, ticketing/workflow systems, Power BI, Trello, Planner, SAP.
