Job Summary: Professional to perform credit analysis, support, and management of rental guarantees, assisting partners and enhancing internal processes in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Support for real estate agencies, brokers, and partners **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct credit analysis and provide support for quoting rental guarantees; * Monitor guarantee issuance, contracting, and formalization processes; * Manage the guarantee lifecycle, including renewals, cancellations, and operational monitoring; * Provide support to real estate agencies, brokers, and partners; * Verify documentation, contracts, installments, and operational information; * Assist in structuring and improving internal operational processes; * Collaborate with administrative and operational departments within the company. **Requirements:** Prior experience with lease guarantee insurance, rental guarantees, or related operations; * Experience at insurance companies, guarantee providers, property management firms, or insurance brokerage firms; * Knowledge of credit analysis, issuance, quoting, and operational routines; * Organized, proactive profile with strong autonomy; * Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with partners and clients; * Comfort working in a dynamic environment undergoing growth and structural development.
