In this process, we believe everyone will be more engaged and energized to perform their duties while maintaining quality of life. **It’s not just about talking—it’s about acting!** **Key Responsibilities:** The professional will be responsible for coordinating financial routines, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in processes. * Coordinate billing activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines; * Supervise cash collection processes, including delinquency analysis, collection actions, and client relationship management; * Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, cash flow, and other financial activities; * Prepare financial reports, management analyses, and performance indicators; * Support the team in financial planning and control processes; * Serve as the focal point for internal and external audits; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields; * Advanced English (speaking, reading, and writing); * CPA certification (preferred); * Experience in large enterprises (preferred); * Proven experience in billing, cash collection, and financial operations; * Advanced Excel skills; * Availability for on-site work in Barra da Tijuca \- RJ; * Experience in billing, collections, and financial operations; * Experience implementing internal controls.
