Focus on excellence and customer care * Are you eager to work in a welcoming environment with a distinctive atmosphere? * Do you seek professional development opportunities? * Are you committed to caring for internal and external customers? * Do you approach your tasks with enthusiasm and joy? **Then Fattu is the right place for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Analyze and monitor activities inherent to the Finance Department, being responsible for executing and controlling accounts receivable tasks. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform automatic and manual clearing of all bank receivables. * Process bank return files for collections and handle pending bill issues. * Record banking transactions (e.g., card machine rentals, loans, interest from card advances, transfers). * Conduct renegotiations (e.g., grouping and modifying receivable items); * Early Receivables Collection (RA): record entries in the system; perform reconciliations and monitor outstanding balances. * NCC (credit arising from returns): perform reconciliations and monitor outstanding balances. * Cancel/reverse credit and debit card transactions; * Issue instructions for bills in the system and at banks, * Perform bank reconciliations; * Execute bank closings; * Provide support to other departments’ inquiries; * Generate reports (Cards, Accumulated Balance, Bills, Consolidated Receivables). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in Accounts Payable; * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Work Location:** Centro - RJ. **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Caju Card (Meal Allowance or Food Voucher on a single card); * Life Insurance – protection for you and your family; * Day Off – choose to celebrate your birthday or your child’s birthday with a paid day off; * Fattu Style – Manicure and Barber Day; * Transportation Voucher; * Salary Fits – various benefits (Education, Health, and Leisure) with special discounts, deducted directly from payroll for your convenience; Fattu has been operating in the market for 28 years and is now one of Brazil’s largest distributors of visual communication supplies!
