Job Summary: Responsible for bank and financial reconciliation of marketplaces, resolving issues, controlling cash flow to monitor transactions, and preparing financial reports. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for bank and financial reconciliation of marketplaces 2. Handling resolution of financial issues with partners 3. Cash flow control and monitoring of financial transactions · Responsible for bank and financial reconciliation of marketplaces. · Responsible for necessary communications with marketplace partners and credit card acquirers to resolve financial issues, such as collection of outstanding amounts. · Daily management of open tickets to ensure correct payment processing of financial requests and chargebacks in our disbursements. · Assists in identifying and tracking financial transactions, accounts receivable, and cash flow control to monitor potential unauthorized debits and verify whether receipts match expectations. · Prepares monthly reports and spreadsheets required for activity control and to support data collection requests from supervisors. **Desired Education and Experience:** · Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. · Prior experience in this role is desirable; experience in reconciliation and/or with marketplaces is a plus. · Strong numerical aptitude, system proficiency, and logical reasoning skills. · Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency. **Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:08** **Work Location:** Penha/RJ. **Benefits:** Local Meal Plan; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Birth Assistance; Funeral Assistance; Seniority Bonus Plan; Transportation Allowance; SESC Membership; Discount on purchases at Costa Rica store.
