**Job Description:** Responsible for supporting the artisanal production of brownies, cookies, jar cakes, and pie slices. Tasks include sorting and weighing ingredients, assisting in product preparation and assembly, monitoring baking, performing finishing touches, packaging, and labeling finished items. Also responsible for organizing and cleaning the workspace, sanitizing utensils, basic stock control, and supporting the team. Attention to quality standards, hygiene, efficiency, and good organization is required. **Work Schedule:** 5 days on, 2 days off; 44 hours per week.
