If you identify with this purpose and wish to grow alongside a brand that cares deeply about what it does, join our team! * Responsibilities and Duties: Support the team in pre-production and food preparation, ensuring consistency and quality; Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards; Perform cutting, portioning, and storage of ingredients according to instructions; Assist in monitoring supplies and minimizing waste, contributing to a more sustainable process; Follow established procedures and brand-mandated best practices. * Requirements and Qualifications: Completed high school education; Prior experience in kitchens, food production, or related fields is a plus; Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule, from 2:10 PM to 10:30 PM; An organized, collaborative individual with a willingness to learn; Alignment with ASA Açaí’s mission to promote healthy and sustainable eating Compensation (BRL 1,801.00) + bonus based on performance against targets. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
