Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the kitchen Bar is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Duque de Caxias. **Responsibilities:** Contribute to meal preparation and daily kitchen tasks. Support the cook, maintain order, and ensure cleanliness of the work area. Cut, chop, and slice ingredients according to the cook's instructions. Assist in preparing seasonings, simple sauces, and mise en place for dishes. Organize utensils and restock the cook's workstation during service.
