**INVENTORY LEADER** -------------------- ### **About the opportunity** We are seeking an organized, proactive, and leadership-capable Inventory Leader to manage the company's inventory operational routines. This role plays a fundamental part in organizing, controlling, and handling equipment, inventory, and materials—ensuring accuracy, operational efficiency, and support for the company’s project and operational demands. **If you enjoy organization, operational management, and dynamic environments, this opportunity is for you.** ### **Your impact here** * Lead inventory operational routines, ensuring organization, control, and agility in processes. * Coordinate and execute incoming, outgoing, picking, and verification movements of equipment and materials. * Ensure inventory control and accuracy by conducting periodic monitoring and inventories. * Organize storage and identification of equipment, ensuring easy item location and preservation. * Monitor operational demands and ensure material availability for projects and operations. * Identify opportunities for improvement in inventory processes and controls. * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and standardization of the inventory environment. ### **What we’re looking for** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience leading inventory, warehouse, or operational logistics functions. * Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple simultaneous demands. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and inventory/ERP control systems. * Proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills. * **Desirable:** Experience with LED equipment, audiovisual systems, events, or technical operations. **IMPORTANT:** Availability for on-site work in Vargem Pequena/RJ. ### **Key competencies** * Organization and control * Operational leadership * Agility and execution * Sense of responsibility * Problem solving * Teamwork Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License Requirement: D
