Junior Project Analyst

Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing, developing, and monitoring projects; managing risks; and facilitating communication among teams, reporting to management. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis, creation, and revision of technical drawings 2. Project management and identification of preventive/corrective solutions 3. Communication and integration among involved departments **Main Activities and Responsibilities** * 1 year of experience in analysis, creation, and revision of 2D technical drawings; (3D experience is a plus) * Field data and technical information collection and analysis; * Preparation of descriptive memoranda, specifications, and technical reports; * Participation in project meetings with various company departments; * Development of project plans, covering preliminary analyses, client engagement, scope execution, and financial closure; * Monitoring and tracking project execution to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets; * Risk management, including identification and proposal of preventive and corrective solutions; * Preparation of status reports and performance indicators for management reporting; * Support in defining project management methodologies, standards, and best practices; * Facilitation of communication among involved departments to promote team integration; * Reporting to the project coordinator and project manager; * Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, Power BI) is a plus.
