Ensuring quality and safety standards during execution ### **Junior Field Engineer \| Civil Engineering \| PJ** A professional responsible for overseeing daily construction site activities, ensuring that execution aligns with the design, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements, acting as a bridge between planning and execution. ### **Responsibilities** * Monitor field service execution; * Control project schedule and physical progress; * Conduct measurements and support cost control; * Interpret engineering drawings and identify basic inconsistencies; * Monitor materials (receiving, usage, and inventory control); * Ensure quality standards during execution; * Support occupational safety initiatives; * Prepare site reports and records; * Facilitate communication and coordination with clients, suppliers, and teams; * Assist in budgeting and planning. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (completed or in progress); * Experience or exposure to construction projects; * Proficiency in reading engineering drawings; * Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD; * Familiarity with Brazilian technical standards (NBRs) and safety regulations. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Project management knowledge; * Experience with scheduling tools (MS Project/Excel); * Experience in industrial or logistics construction projects.
