Job Summary: Tegra is seeking a Construction Foreman to coordinate and supervise teams, ensuring correct execution of construction work in accordance with schedule and technical standards. Ensure proper execution of construction work and compliance with regulations. Tegra seeks a Construction Foreman to coordinate and supervise team activities on-site, provide technical support, monitor work pace and service quality, actively participate in defining guidelines and task assignments, propose solutions to problems and suggestions for improvement, thereby ensuring proper execution of construction work in accordance with schedule, technical quality standards, environmental prerequisites, and pre\-established occupational safety requirements. Responsibilities and Duties * Manage the team of supervisors and operational staff on the construction site; * Ensure timely completion of services and cleanliness of workers' environments; * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of facilities on the construction site; * Coordinate construction execution; * Manage access to material storage areas on the construction site; * Monitor occupational safety demands and items related to activities on the construction site.
