Plans, estimates, and supervises the execution of construction works and services Conduct topographic and planialtimetric surveys. Develop and legalize building projects under the supervision of a civil engineer. Plan execution, estimate costs, procure supplies, and supervise the execution of construction works and services. Train labor and perform technological control of materials and soil.
