Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the development of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans for machines and equipment across all production areas to ensure optimal operation. Ensuring all MWRs (Maintenance Work Requests) are processed and converted into work orders (WOs), as well as arranging personnel availability, material resources, service timing, third-party contracting when necessary, procurement generation when required, and inventory knowledge. Responsible for managing maintenance KPIs (IDMs), measuring the efficiency of all scheduled and unscheduled activities—such as MTTR and MTBF—as well as maintenance availability, costs, reliability, and providing all collected information to your manager. Responsible for people management within your team—including vacations, working hours, hour bank, headcount, turnover, feedback, and 360° evaluations.
