Ensuring service compliance and quality **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Responsible for smooth operational functioning during shifts; Responsible for team management and performance during activities; Responsible for dividing and organizing tasks according to priority order; Will work with controls via spreadsheets, checklists, and internal documents; Responsible for reviewing all funeral processes carried out by the operations team, as well as validating the services; Divide, organize, and monitor vehicle routes; Responsible for reviewing and maintaining proper vehicle functionality; Control fuel refilling for the vehicle fleet; Manage time effectively to ensure services are delivered within deadlines; Authorize service dispatch after completing all verifications; Ensure adherence to funeral home operations, aiming to maintain compliance and quality in activity execution and service delivery.
