Focus on maintenance and reporting of repairs A renowned hotel chain is hiring for the position of General Services Assistant (Janitor). ***Exclusive opportunity for persons with disabilities (PCD) or individuals rehabilitated by the National Institute of Social Security (INSS).** Responsibilities: * Clean public areas, locker rooms, and glass surfaces in social and internal areas; * Clean floors using appropriate chemical products and specialized equipment; * Dust designated areas; * Empty all trash bins and ashtrays, disposing of waste in the appropriate area; * Inspect furniture condition, verifying that it is in perfect condition, and report any damage to the responsible department; * Place warning signs in areas with wet floors to prevent accidents; * Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs; * Respond promptly to guest and other requests; * Identify and report issues regarding property conditions. Location: Leblon Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM, with one day off to be scheduled.
