In 2026, the company is undergoing a growth cycle driven by new structural projects, O\&M operations, and expansion initiatives (CAPEX), requiring excellence in logistics, international trade, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in highly complex operations. **About the position** We are seeking a **Senior Budget Analyst** to monitor and support the budgetary and financial cycle, assess financial targets, archive documentation, prepare economic\-financial analyses of operational and/or non\-strategic projects, analyze budgeted versus actual expenditures for prior months, analyze cash management, monitor the energy and oil markets—including regulatory, macroeconomic, and dispatch aspects—perform financial planning and debt calculations, conduct financial analyses to meet regulatory agency requirements, develop pricing strategies and long-term models. **Key responsibilities** * Monitor and support the budgetary and financial cycle; * Participate in performance meetings with managers; * Support departments in external requests; * Prepare economic\-financial analyses of operational and/or non\-strategic projects; * Review accounting reports; * Perform month-end closing routines; * Prepare performance presentations for senior management; * Analyze budgeted versus actual expenditures for prior months; * Prepare cash analysis and management; * Prepare feasibility study analyses; * Perform financial planning and debt calculations; * Conduct financial analyses to meet regulatory agency requirements; * Develop pricing strategies and long-term models; * Define health, safety, and environmental guidelines; * Consolidate environment, health, and safety indicators; * Organize the company’s management system; * Train the emergency response team; * Supervise and monitor service providers’ activities. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting; * Postgraduate specialization in corporate finance and modeling, and accounting concepts is desirable. **Experience and technical knowledge** * Quantitative background; FP\&A experience; * Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, PowerPoint, AI; * Financial modeling (desirable); * SAP (desirable). **Behavioral competencies** * Strong interpersonal skills; * Ability to work under pressure. **Work location**: Headquarters (Botafogo – Rio de Janeiro) Learn more about us at: **www.eneva.com.br**.
