**Responsibilities of the General Services Assistant (ASG): General Cleaning and Hygiene** * Wash the factory entrance using specific products to brighten the floor. * Maintain cleanliness in the pre\-preparation, meat preparation, and vegetable preparation areas. * Wash the floor of all production areas daily. * Clean swing doors, plastic curtains, pallets, workbenches, sinks, stoves, utensils, and equipment. * Clean kitchens during and after working hours, verifying dispenser refills. * Wash façades, glass, furniture, equipment, walls, and floors. * Clean the white boxes used in production. * Wash the ice machine daily and clean its interior biweekly. * Regularly clean restrooms, ensuring supply replenishment. **Waste Management** * Properly separate and package organic waste, recyclables, and rejects. * Collect waste before trash bins reach maximum capacity. * Correctly package organic waste in drums. * Conduct general production area inspections, removing trash and obsolete materials. **Supply Replenishment and Control** * Replenish paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and sanitizers in all areas. * Control inventory of cleaning materials. * Check expiration dates and quality of chemical products. * Request purchases of products and verify availability of abrasives. **Preventive Maintenance** * Replace adhesive tapes on light traps weekly. * Perform maintenance on air conditioning filters. * Isolate areas for maintenance and cleaning when necessary. **Preparation and Use of Products** * Select, prepare, dilute, and dose chemical products. * Request appropriate equipment and materials. **Organization and Safety** * Organize the workplace. * Wear uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Inspect work locations prior to starting tasks. * Assess surface type, degree of soiling, and soil type before cleaning. **Training** * Attend qualification courses and training sessions.
