In 2026, the company is undergoing a growth cycle driven by new structural projects, O\&M operations, and expansion initiatives (CAPEX), requiring excellence in logistics, international trade, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in highly complex operations. **About the Position** We are seeking an Administrative Apprentice to support legal department activities, contributing to document organization, system updates, and assistance in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and legal documents. **Key Responsibilities** * Support administrative routines of the department, including organizing corporate books and records, monitoring reports, preparing spreadsheets, managing files and powers of attorney; * Assist in organizing and updating internal databases and systems (e.g., Projuris, Netlex, Coupa or similar); * Support initiatives for document organization, standardization, and improvement of departmental workflows and processes; * Assist in conducting research and preparing presentations on legal topics; * Support drafting and reviewing legal documents, including notices, contract amendments, release letters, and confidentiality agreements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Completed High School. **Experience and Technical Knowledge** * Intermediate English (desirable). * Microsoft Office Suite — Word, Excel, and Outlook (desirable). **Behavioral Competencies** * Continuous interest in learning and development; * Availability and commitment to the department’s needs; * Clear communication and interpersonal skills; * Organization, planning, and prioritization skills. **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro – RJ.
