### **JOB DESCRIPTION**

Organize materials, products, and equipment, assisting in receiving, picking, and storing them in appropriate locations;
Pick materials from inventory according to orders, placing them in pre-determined locations for transportation;
Assist in product dilution using dedicated equipment, storing diluted products in suitable containers, labeling and tagging them per POP (Standard Operating Procedure) standards;
Assist in loading cars and/or trucks with materials and equipment for transport to destination sites;
Assist in delivering materials and equipment under contracts, unloading and awaiting verification of delivered items;
Prepare and distribute materials required for cleaning execution under contracts, verifying labels against product names and expiration dates;
Maintain standardized storage arrangements to ensure adequate supply to workstations under contracts, per the established POP (Standard Operating Procedure);
Place orders, receive, and store materials while preserving their integrity and usability, according to each product’s specific characteristics, facilitating location and handling;
Conduct monthly physical inventory counts, comparing results with electronic records to forecast material needs;
Monitor operational conditions of equipment used during cleaning processes, requesting repair or replacement when necessary, coordinating external maintenance and verifying equipment integrity and proper functionality upon return;
Archive physical (folders) and electronic documentation related to material and equipment inflows and outflows;
Account for materials used by ApoioEcolimp through established registration and control mechanisms for such monitoring;
Dilute cleaning chemicals correctly, adhering to occupational safety recommendations, manufacturer instructions, SDSs (Safety Data Sheets), and applied training.
Perform related tasks as assigned by immediate supervisors, based on competencies.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete Elementary School.
DESIRED: Completed High School.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: 6 months.
DESIRED: 1 year.
