Job Summary: Coordinate daily operations of the liquid CO plant, ensuring volume, quality, and efficiency targets, and lead and develop the operational team. Key Highlights: 1. Integrate operations with the Biometane plant and optimize workflows Description: * Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in industrial processes, preferably in the industrial gases industry; * Skills in team management, performance analysis, and operational KPIs; * Familiarity with continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma) and control systems (SCADA, PLCs) is desirable; * Willingness to work on-site at the Seropédica/RJ plant (flexible working hours). * Coordinate daily operations of the liquid CO plant, ensuring volume, quality, and efficiency targets; * Plan and control operational activities, monitoring plant indicators and performance; * Lead and develop the operational team, promoting technical training and a safety culture; * Monitor and adjust critical production parameters, ensuring equipment stability and integrity; * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000\); * Technically integrate operations with the Biometane plant, optimizing workflows and energy utilization; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance in collaboration with technical departments, ensuring operational availability; * Implement and standardize operational procedures and process controls; * Participate in failure analyses and continuous improvement projects; * Prepare technical and managerial reports, ensuring traceability and consistency of information. 2512100202181857220
