We are looking for an **Administrative Apprentice** to work in Payment Management — someone organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to support administrative routines in the area, including receiving, verifying, and processing invoices and payment requests, as well as monitoring the overall payment flow — all contributing to process organization and timely execution. Don’t hesitate — apply now. **Join us and become part of a team where every day is a delicious discovery!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the management of the area’s payment and invoice flow; * Receive, verify, analyze, and process invoices and payment requests; * Organize and monitor the overall payment flow, ensuring proper demand tracking; * Support the administrative team in controlling and monitoring financial information; * Assist internal processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be aged 18–22 and currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Aptitude for administrative tasks; * Analytical mindset, comfortable working with numbers and data; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Availability for a 6-hour daily schedule (Monday to Friday), morning or afternoon shift. **Additional Information** **Compensation:** Salary (R$1\.142,33\) \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Meal/Voucher Food (R$32.00/day) \+ GymPass \+ Amil Health Plan \+ Amil Dental Plan \+ OMNI Pharmacy Benefit \+ SESC Membership \+ University Partnerships \+ Language Course Partnerships \+ Potential for Full-Time Employment \+ Career Development Path.
