A restaurant receptionist greets customers, manages reservations, organizes the waiting line, and escorts guests to their tables, ensuring a favorable first impression. They may also answer menu-related questions, resolve minor issues, and keep the reception area clean and organized.
Customer service and welcoming: Greet customers warmly, manage the waiting line, and escort them to their tables.
Reservation management: Answer phone calls, record orders, manage reservations, and organize crowd flow to prevent overcrowding.
Information and suggestions: Provide information about the menu, promotions, and answer customer inquiries.
Environment organization: Keep the waiting area, dining hall, and restaurant entrance clean and well-organized.
Problem resolution: Handle minor complaints or unexpected situations to ensure a pleasant customer experience.
Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent position
Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$2.922,26 per month
