You will also support franchisees and monitor performance using key indicators. So, does this sound like you? Don’t hesitate — apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver hands-on and theoretical training for new employees and refresher sessions for existing teams; * Develop operational leaders as internal multipliers; * Ensure process, recipe, and technique standardization per company manuals; * Conduct audits and apply quality and performance checklists at units; * Monitor team performance and propose operational improvements based on key indicators; * Create and update training materials such as manuals and training videos; * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and good handling practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior kitchen experience; * Strong teaching ability and capacity to motivate teams; * Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and operational management; * Ability to diagnose operational issues and propose rapid solutions; * Willingness to travel across Brazil and flexibility regarding working hours; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Canva. **Additional Information** **Compensation:** Salary (R$2\.652,46\) \+ Transportation Benefit / Ticket Car (R$1.00 deduction\) \+ Meal Allowance / Food Voucher (R$32/day) \+ GymPass \+ Amil Health Insurance \+ Amil Dental Insurance \+ OMNI Pharmacy Benefit \+ Viva Psychology \+ SESC Partnership \+ University Partnerships \+ Language Course Partnerships \+ Profit Sharing (PLR) \+ Career Development Path!
