




Job Summary: We are seeking a 3rd Cook to prepare high-quality dishes, coordinate meal preparation activities, and ensure hygiene and presentation of meals in a hospitality environment. Ensure food replenishment and presentation **At the Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana, our mission goes beyond hospitality—we believe every interaction is an opportunity to make the extraordinary happen.** We are looking for a **3RD COOK** to join our team! **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes according to supervisor guidelines, using cooking, grilling, or roasting techniques to ensure quality, hygiene, flavor, aroma, and presentation of meals to be served; * Assemble individual dishes, buffets, trays, and other items, and distribute them to consumption areas; * Coordinate activities related to meal preparation, supervising service execution by the team; * Inspect cleaning of equipment and utensils, taking corrective actions if necessary; * Ensure food replenishment at all distribution points whenever required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in this role; * Experience in hospitality, luxury restaurants, or haute cuisine; * Completed High School education; * Availability to work on a 6x1 shift schedule.
