Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end selection processes (from profile alignment to onboarding) * Simultaneously manage a high volume of job openings * Support the development of recruitment and selection strategies * Ensure a positive experience for candidates and managers Requirements: * Prior experience as a Recruitment & Selection Analyst (senior level) * Proven experience handling a high volume of job openings * Strong communication skills, organization, and sense of urgency Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
