Collaborate with operational leaders **DESCRIPTION** --------------- The Senior Analyst will be responsible for coordinating the execution and outcomes of Amazon's transportation operations technical training strategy across the states of RJ, MG, DF, and ES; contributing to operational excellence and business results impact. They will also lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of training programs, supporting the onboarding of new operations and management development within existing operations. The role involves partnering with operational leaders to deliver targeted training support aligned with each operation’s unique challenges. Key responsibilities include mapping operational metrics and individual employee performance data to propose effective upskilling solutions and maximize business outcomes. This is a 100% on-site position, preferably based in Rio de Janeiro (Taquara neighborhood), Belo Horizonte, or Contagem. Key job responsibilities * Execute the technical training strategy across Amazon’s transportation operations in Brazil, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence; * Deliver and monitor training programs for new operations launches as well as for existing operations; * Build strong partnerships with operational leadership and provide tailored learning solutions for each opportunity; * Manage and develop a team of training leaders and ambassadors; * Leverage business data and metrics to measure training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree or higher; * Proven experience in logistics operations, industrial operations, or operational excellence; * Familiarity with training schedules and agendas; * Problem-solving ability, multitasking capability, sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Intermediate English proficiency; * This is a 100% on-site position, preferably located in Rio de Janeiro (Taquara neighborhood), Belo Horizonte, or Contagem; * Willingness to travel: 30% (outside peak periods) and 60% (during peak periods and site openings).
