Job Summary:
We are seeking a quality analyst with proven experience to work in the government sector, focusing on proposing solutions and ensuring software quality.

a) Completed undergraduate degree in an Information Technology field (e.g., Computer Science, Informatics, Systems Analysis, etc.) recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC).
b) Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in quality analysis.
c) Experience must be verified through employment contracts, professional work cards, or service duration certificates for public servants; or through a Registered Autonomous Professional (RPA) document accompanied by official fiscal documents or private contracts evidencing the required experience.
d) Postgraduate qualification in Software Quality is desirable, with a minimum workload of 360 (three hundred and sixty) hours, recognized by the MEC.
e) Behavioral competencies:

f) Knowledge of:
i. ITIL 4.0;
ii. Information Security;
iii. LGPD (General Data Protection Law);
iv. Azure DevOps (especially Test Plans);
vii. Investigating and documenting defects;
viii. UX design.
g) Preparing the following artifacts:
i) Quality Manual;
