Contribution to helping more people see the world better **If you are seeking a company that values your development, encourages the enhancement of skills and competencies, and promotes continuous personal growth—and you are also passionate about the optical industry—this opportunity is for you!** Join our TEAM and help more people see the world in a better way! ### **As a Quality Analyst**, your responsibilities will include: * Supporting routines of the Quality Management System, including corrective action control and performance indicators. * Participating in and conducting internal and external (ISO 9001) audits, as well as supplier audits. * Managing internal and customer complaints, including issuing reports (8D). * Supporting investigations and reporting to leadership. * Preparing analyses, charts, and presentations of departmental KPIs. * Controlling documents and records of the Quality Management System. * Engaging in Continuous Improvement initiatives (Problem Solving, QRQC). * Occasionally participating in global meetings and decision-making forums. ### **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Production Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BI tools; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Our Commitment** --------------------- We are committed to providing a fair selection process with equal opportunities for all candidates.
