Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a JUNIOR ACADEMIC ANALYST are:** * Handle internal service requests from administrative areas regarding postgraduate and technical courses; * Support the execution and monitoring of academic operations for postgraduate and technical courses, aligned with YDUQS institutional guidelines; * Assist in managing the course portfolio, including registration of new offerings, data cleansing, and updating information; * Support opening and deleting disciplines, verifying and validating academic data in the system; * Act as a facilitator between campuses and administrative areas, ensuring integrated execution of academic and operational activities; * Contribute to process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement, supporting academic innovation projects and implementation of new methodologies; * Support organizing data and reports for regulatory compliance processes with the Ministry of Education (MEC) and professional councils, where applicable. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Microsoft Office suite (Advanced Excel and Intermediate PowerPoint); * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Additional Information** Work Location: Corporate Office Città | Barra da Tijuca – RJ.
