A transportation and logistics company is seeking an Operational Assistant in Duque de Caxias (Xerém). Lev Carga is a company specialized in logistics solutions and cargo transportation. We provide customized services to meet our customers' needs efficiently and securely. **Responsibilities:** Monitor container transportation operations (imports and exports). Act as the interface between port terminals, drivers, customs brokers, and clients. Control cargo loading and unloading scheduling. Monitor time windows, deadlines, demurrage, and empty container returns. Verify and organize operational documents. Update operational control systems and spreadsheets. Support the traffic team and risk management. Previous experience as an Operational Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Operations Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
