On-site modality. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking an intern to work in the Projects and Processes Department of our Center. If you are proactive and interested in developing expertise in this area, this is the ideal opportunity for you! **Responsibilities:** * Develop continuous improvement methodologies for project management processes (increasing maturity) and coordinate the implementation of lessons learned from projects into processes; * Manage PEPs, data, and maintain updated indicators; * Support the entire DPP team by keeping information up to date / dashboards, SIPPED, sharing best practices and tools; * Support the DPP team in project initiation/opening, execution, change management, and project closure processes; * Prepare communications, manuals, and forms for project management (e.g., change management / project closure). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; * Familiarity with project management; * Ability to interpret data and generate insights; * Accuracy in data handling and documentation; * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; * Interest in enhancing knowledge in project management, data analysis, and productivity tools. * Undergraduate program in Administration or Production Engineering. * Expected graduation date starting from December 2028\. **Additional Information** **Internship Contract Characteristics, Internship Allowance, and Benefits** : * Weekly workload: 30 hours; * Internship allowance \= BRL 1,320 per month; * Meal allowance \= BRL 805.00; * Transportation allowance \= BRL 197.80\.
