Our company has been operating for 12 years in the Cleaning Supplies and Disposable Materials distribution sector, working diligently to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.
We are restructuring our HR department to adopt a more strategic approach and are seeking a professional with an organized, human-centered, and strategic profile to join our team and lead the assigned responsibilities:
**Key Responsibilities**
Organize HR processes, including:
· Structuring HR processes — People management;
· Developing personnel-focused programs, such as performance evaluations, organizational climate analysis and implementation, among others;
· Supporting initiatives related to emotional well-being and psychosocial risks;
· Implementing internal policies and organizational communication;
· Managing the entire recruitment and selection process;
· Supporting leaders in team management and conflict resolution.
Organize DP (Personnel Department) processes, including:
· Attendance tracking;
· Vacation management;
· Employee onboarding;
· Employee offboarding;
· Employee personnel files;
· Uniform requests and inventory control;
· All personnel-related documentation;
· Benefits administration;
· Payroll data control and submission to accounting.
**Requirements**
· Prior experience as a generalist HR professional;
· Experience with organizational climate and people management;
· Knowledge of Personnel Department operations;
· Strong communication skills and professional demeanor;
· Structured and proactive mindset;
· Ability to handle conflicts and operational environments;
· Knowledge of Labor Legislation.
**Preferred Qualification:**
· Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration.

Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$2\.980,00 per month
