Then, review the opportunity below and join our Haleon team! **Key Responsibilities:** * Comply with all laws, policies, and guidelines applicable to the role, consulting responsible departments in case of doubt; * Follow the guidelines established in the ABAC programme; * Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Supply standards, as well as current work systems; * Complete the training and development plan assigned to your role; * Ensure compliance with Haleon’s internal policies and applicable local and international regulatory standards for activities under your responsibility; * Guarantee material availability according to production planning requirements; * Perform planning and placement of material orders to suppliers (MRP); * Monitor material delivery windows with warehouse and suppliers; * Analyse and address supply risks; * Prioritise material release with the Quality team; * Reduce obsolete stock levels by optimally consuming materials subject to change or nearing expiry; * Maintain an appropriate material stock policy; * Analyse material inventory, maintaining an appropriate level based on defined policy and stock projection tools; * Lead CAPAs and area audits. **Why YOU?** **Your Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or Business Administration; * Experience in Production and/or Materials Planning, with use of integrated management systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Desirable knowledge of Power BI; * Familiarity with SAP data (PIR, BOM, MR, PV); * Advanced English; Spanish is considered a plus **Diversity, Equity and Inclusion** At Haleon, we go beyond expectations and drive a culture where we do what matters most.
