Create and execute functional and exploratory test cases. **Job Mission** Ensure that all of the company’s technical knowledge is **structured, accessible, and reliable**, guaranteeing that systems and processes are **well-documented, validated, and delivered with quality**. Act as the liaison between Product, Development, QA, and Operations, ensuring full traceability among requirement, development, testing, documentation, and organizational learning. **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Technical Documentation** * Structure and maintain the technical knowledge base (primarily in Confluence). * Develop and update functional and technical documentation (requirements, integrations, workflows, APIs, business rules). * Create templates, taxonomies, documentation standards, and governance frameworks. * Ensure version control and traceability among requirements, development, and delivery. * Translate technical information into clear content for diverse audiences. * Create manuals, internal guides, and supporting materials. **2\. Quality Assurance (QA)** * Create and execute functional and exploratory test cases. * Define and validate acceptance criteria jointly with the Product team. * Identify inconsistencies between requirements and deliverables. * Log, track, and validate bug fixes. * Ensure alignment between approved scope and final delivery. * Document test and validation evidence. **2\. Knowledge Management Support** * Administer Confluence spaces, permissions, and organization. * Map critical team knowledge and convert it into structured documentation. * Create instructional videos, tutorials, and audiovisual content for training. * Monitor metrics related to knowledge base usage and updates. * Conduct internal training on documentation practices and tool usage. * Reduce operational dependency through formalized knowledge.
