Job Summary: Support the execution of customer relationship strategies, multichannel communication campaigns, and data analysis, while developing logical reasoning and information management skills. Explore this opportunity.* **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your challenges be?** * Support the team in executing customer and lead relationship strategies, contributing to database organization, campaign operationalization, and initial performance tracking; * Directly support multichannel communication initiatives (e-mail, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp), ensuring high-quality, organized, and best-practice-compliant message delivery; * Within data and segmentation, assist in database extraction and support the creation of basic segmentations; * Use automation tools and databases to develop logical reasoning and integrated understanding of information quality aligned with marketing and technology strategies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do we expect from you?** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge of data analysis, project management, organization, and digital marketing; * Basic/intermediate English proficiency; * Analytical thinking, collaboration, effective communication, flexibility, and results orientation; * Strong time management, determination, curiosity, and proactivity. **\*\*Hybrid work arrangement required: 4–8 in-person days per month.
