Focus on quality, safety, and operational efficiency ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for supervising all activities related to support and infrastructure services, such as cleaning. Directly monitors and controls work schedules, days off, and shift coverage to ensure smooth operations. Conducts periodic visits to operational sites to verify compliance with required quality and safety standards. Also manages operational demands, controls material resources and equipment, and requests and tracks replenishment of materials and supplies necessary for service execution. Responsible for conducting training sessions and onboarding new employees, as well as implementing corrective actions and guiding the team on professional conduct, productivity, and adherence to internal company policies. Maintains direct communication with clients and managers, prepares performance reports, identifies improvement opportunities, and proposes solutions. Additionally supports operational cost planning and control, contributing to the financial efficiency of the operation. Ensures strict compliance with occupational safety regulations, internal company policies, and applicable legislation governing facilities-related activities. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education (college degree or ongoing studies in Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields preferred); * Proven experience in this role, preferably within service outsourcing companies or large-scale operations; * Knowledge of administrative and operational routines; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and maintain client relationships; * Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills; * Flexibility in working hours and willingness to visit various units if required; * Preferred qualification: familiarity with management systems (ERP), basic knowledge of building maintenance, and contract management. ### **BENEFITS** * Meal Allowance: BRL 25.00 per day * Transportation Voucher ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
