Comply with standards and procedures to meet requirements for internal and external audit approvals. Perform activities related to civil construction and painting—both corrective and preventive. Maintain the swimming pool and its equipment. Respond to requests from apartments and departments, resolving incidents to ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers. Perform painting-related activities—both corrective and preventive—following company procedures to ensure optimal performance. Keep maintenance areas clean and organized. Ensure proper operation of swimming pool equipment, monitoring Total Alkalinity, pH, and Chlorine levels within ideal parameters. Monitor consumption items such as electricity, water, gas, etc., reviewing daily measurement reports to identify system failures and reduce costs. Accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for managerial follow-up. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the property’s machinery, equipment, and tools—including mechanical, hydraulic, gas, civil construction, and other systems—to ensure optimal functionality. Turn on and off the condominium’s lighting. Respond to requests from apartments and departments, resolving incidents to ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers.
