Job Summary: Coordinate daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, service quality, and worksite organization. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities. 2. Lead and manage work teams. 3. Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities. Monitor schedule adherence and ensure services are executed according to the plan. Assign tasks to the work team (masons, laborers, and other staff). Inspect materials, equipment, and tools used on site. Ensure services are performed in accordance with technical and safety standards. Control the quality of completed work. Order materials as needed and monitor site inventory. Maintain worksite organization and cleanliness. Report project progress to the engineer or technical supervisor. Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor. Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings. Leadership and team management skills. Basic knowledge of occupational safety. Organizational skills and accountability. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects. Training courses in civil construction. Knowledge of material control and construction planning.
