Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations **Position: Building Technician** **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Building Technician** to perform maintenance, conservation, and monitoring of the unit's physical structures. This professional will be responsible for ensuring safety, functionality, and good condition of facilities, supporting preventive, corrective maintenance, and minor repair tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct periodic inspections of the unit's physical structure (floors, walls, general installations). * Monitor and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. * Support internal construction projects, renovations, and structural modifications. * Request materials, coordinate with suppliers, and supervise third-party services. * Maintain proper operation of electrical, plumbing systems, and perform minor repairs. * Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in **Building Technology**. * Prior experience in building maintenance or construction projects. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and masonry systems. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and problem-solving ability. * Availability to work across multiple units when required. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in gyms, residential condominiums, or commercial construction projects. * Additional training courses in maintenance or civil construction.
