Job Summary: Supervise the team in infrastructure and residential building maintenance activities, coordinate services, and develop work procedures to ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and implement work procedures and maintenance plans **Preference:** Residents of the West Zone Main Responsibilities: * Supervise the team in **infrastructure and residential building maintenance** activities; * Coordinate **installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance** services; * Develop and implement **work procedures** and maintenance plans; * Monitor daily operations to ensure quality and timely delivery; * Conduct on-site technical measurements and supervise service execution; * Receive, inspect, and verify materials intended for maintenance. Requirements: * Proven experience in building maintenance supervision; * Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and building infrastructure systems; * Leadership and team management skills; * Organization, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility; * **Reside in the West Zone – RJ**.
