Assist in fuel management and operational cost control We are seeking a qualified professional to work as a Fleet Assistant, supporting administrative and operational routines related to the company's vehicle management. This professional will be responsible for ensuring vehicle control, organization, and proper operation. Responsibilities: * Support fleet control and monitoring (owned and leased vehicles) * Manage vehicle documentation (licensing, insurance, traffic violations, etc.) * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, accidents, and inspections. * Assist in fuel management, fuel consumption tracking, and operational cost control. * Record and monitor accident reports, damages, and traffic violations. * Support driver services by clarifying doubts and guiding internal procedures. * Maintain and update fleet control spreadsheets and systems. * Support preparation of managerial reports for the department. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics or Administration. * Knowledge of fleet administrative routines. * Knowledge of fleet management and vehicle maintenance is an advantage. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Organized, detail-oriented, and good communication skills. * Driver’s license category AB * Willingness to travel Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Willingness to travel * Transportation allowance or Fuel allowance * SESC partnership * Wellhub * Dental plan * Health insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Partnerships with educational institutions
