They are exactly as shown in the photo; no extra accessories are included—everything shown in the photo is included. Missing: shoes for some dolls, especially the princesses (Snow White has one shoe; Rapunzel has both). The Barbie wearing the dark blue dress has a neck joint without a pin, so the head is not fixed. Some dresses have unstitched details or minor flaws. These were play dolls. They are clean; the only issue is that some have glue on their hair that could not be removed.
