Together, let’s build the world’s best health community!* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute control tests by inspecting evidence and assessing control performance according to the internal methodology defined by management * Formalize control tests according to the internal methodology * Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented processes and identified risks * Design process flowcharts * Identify process risks and propose improvement recommendations * Report monthly test conclusions within deadlines established by management **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields * Solid experience in internal and external auditing, Internal Controls, Risk Management, and/or Investigations * Experience in process mapping with focus on identifying control gaps and performing control tests through evidence inspection * Experience in external auditing * Advanced Excel skills * Advanced English (reading and writing) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Process mapping tools (Visio / Bizagi) * Specialization: postgraduate degrees and certifications in process management, risk management, and internal controls are preferred * CRC and CNAI **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * Health Insurance: to take care of your well-being and your family’s.
