**VESSEL INSPECTOR**
We are seeking a **VESSEL INSPECTOR** to work at our branch in **RIO DE JANEIRO \- RJ**.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Conduct inspections of berthed vessels, monitor approval of the vessel plan and possible authorities onboard for inspection, attend the terminal to collect original documentation, verify onboard incidents and instructions regarding vessel berthing duration;
* Request, monitor, and oversee all types of services provided to vessels;
* Submit all original documentation to competent agencies (customs, federal police, etc.) and assume full responsibility for vessel clearance and departure;
* Enter data into the company's information system, including vessel arrival time, berthing schedules and resources used, and associated costs, to support vessel cost settlement;
* Generate vessel inspection fee payment slips via system to fulfill obligations and ensure timely payments;
* Complete PSP / VCI (Arrival \& Sailing Notice \- A/S Report) / MSCLINK reports;
* Request pilot services for berthing and unberthing via SSP system;
* Verify and address crew requests.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree;
* Familiarity with general tools or systems, such as Excel (Basic);
* Intermediate English proficiency;
* Basic knowledge of geography;
* Basic paperless port knowledge;
* Driver's license Category B;
